Explicit Consent Statement

Explicit consent statement for optional personal data processing activities.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

I acknowledge that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data under the Privacy Notice provided by Bilgin & Albayrak Legal & Consultancy.

I understand that explicit consent is requested only where none of the other processing conditions set out in KVKK applies, and that not giving explicit consent will not prevent me from benefiting from core services that do not depend on explicit consent.

Career Applications

If I submit a job or internship application, I give my explicit consent for Bilgin & Albayrak to retain my CV, contact details, education and professional experience details and the other personal data I provide in my application, after my application for the relevant position has been concluded, for a maximum of two years from the conclusion of the application process, so that I can be considered for suitable future positions and contacted again.

This consent is given by ticking the optional consent box in the application form on the Careers page. Leaving the box unticked means that explicit consent has not been given.

Not giving explicit consent does not affect the assessment of my current application.
